Shipping - Returns & Exchanges - Custom Orders

SHIPPING POLICY 

​Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-7 business days for production of The Christy F Collection pieces.

We offer FREE domestic shipping in the Continental US on orders of $150 or more.  

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation and tracking. (5-7 Business Days - *weekend and public holidays are not included)

Express Shipping is available for an additional fee and is calculated at checkout. (1-3 Business Days)

We ship worldwide. We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $500. You'll find a choice of international shipping options at checkout.

We cannot pre-determine customs fees and The Christy F Collection is not responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Christy F Collection, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to The Christy F Collection. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

The Christy F Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  To make a return, email us at thechristyfcollection@gmail.com.  Please make sure to include the reason for your return.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns.  No exchanges or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in damaged condition.

*Please note: ALL Sale, Personalized Orders and Custom made pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, mistakes can and sometimes do happen. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product upon arrival for any defects.  If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately.  We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair, returns and exchanges.
