I have submitted a return for this item and I’ve had no confirmation of the approval for return. I’ve sent four emails and no one is responding very disappointing.
Hi Jodi, I’m so sorry my emails don’t seem to have reached you. I responded as soon as I received your request and followed up several times. Your full store credit was issued as soon as I received your return. A refund notification confirming your store credit was also sent on September 16 at 11:09 a.m.
